Born in 1961, currently resident in the City of Bern, Switzerland. With a long international (South America, USA) experience in the design and construction of civil and industrial projects. Experience ranging from the design of new structures through the procurement, maintenance and retrofit of existing structures. Amongst them, designing and construction of the tallest Sky-scraper in Latin America, 2006-2012, several Shopping Malls and Food factories in Chile and Argentina, 1992-2005, the design and construction of industrial plants for Methanol production and copper mill, 1987-1991. 

Infrastructure and Traffic Projects covered like: bridges, piled foundation, massive foundations, sub-marine and off-shore structures, roads and underground installations. Deserving a special mention here, the post 2010 Chile Earthquake retrofit designs and works coordination for the Employer (USD 7 Mill) and the post 1985 Chile Earthquake Damage Assessment for the University.
